"For us the beds were a bit small, we are used to larger beds For a late check out they offer to stay in a common area and they charge 25 euro per person for this. I think this service should be offered complementary."

"Host Barry (owner) offers and provides a fine home for your stay in the seychelles. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the home and the facilities from the welcome to the small welcome pack, outside bbq & kitchen area, everything exceeded my expectation. We were 6 adults and the villa was a home away from home. I can highly recommend this property."

"The host was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with parking available. Bedrooms had AC, there were 3 bathrooms, kitchen utensils, and even some coffee and tea provided. Quiet area, but the uphill drive may be tricky for some."

"There was no AC in the living room. Adding AC in the living room would improve the stay. Making washing gel available would be awesome me as well"

"Royal Green Villa is a truly beautiful accommodation, offering elegance, style, plenty of space, and breathtaking ocean views. The villa is located on a fairly steep hill, but despite this, a stunning beach, grocery stores, and restaurants are all relatively close. Even though we stayed for only one night, we enjoyed our stay immensely and lacked absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The absolute highlight of our visit were the owners, Iena and Francis . They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful – without a doubt some of the best hosts we have ever met. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, always offering help and finding solutions to every request. We can truly and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation."

"The only thing that was not ideal was the villa’s location on a steep hill. Going downhill was, of course, fine, but walking back up was quite challenging. However, even in this regard, the owners were incredibly helpful and kindly offered to pick us up from the beach by car, for which we are very grateful. On the other hand, if the villa were not located on a hill, it would not offer such a perfect and breathtaking ocean view."
