La Villa Therese

"The staff took very good care of us. They called car hire company to ask for opening hours and other services. We wanted them to cook for us one evening and it was arranged even though the lady who cooks for them had her day off. They also arranged transfer to and from the airport. It is located close to restaurants, shops and the BEACH. The outdoor shower was lovely after a morning swim. I would recommend Villa Therese to anyone travelling to the Seychelles!!"

"Everything was great in and around the apartment. Everything is well-maintained and practical. The beach is easily accessible, and there are small shops and eating options nearby. The southern and western sides of the island -as well as Victoria - can be easily reached by bus. The Royal Garden is a nice hike."

"La Villa Therese is a fully equipped, clean, and well-organized independent house. The house is located within a building, with a clearly defined space and the support of a reception desk. It is possible to park the car into the premises. We really enjoyed this accommodation. The house has two bedrooms and includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare breakfast or even a full meal. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The accommodation provides a small amount of detergent for an initial wash. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower area. The apartment also has a balcony with a table where meals can be enjoyed while taking in a stunning view. Free beach towels are also available for guests. The nearest supermarket is just one minute away, and the fantastic Anse Royale beach is a little over two minutes away. We really liked this accommodation and would definitely choose it again on a future visit."

"Although we never felt unsafe and never questioned the security of the place, we noticed that several windows could not be locked because their latches were damaged. This is the only issue we would like to mention."

"Extremely friendly staff - from the administrator to the maids. If we had any questions or problems, they were always happy to help. Excellent transfer from the airport. The person who met us asked if we needed to exchange money or arrange anything else. We arrived very early in the morning, but we were able to check into the apartment without having to pay extra. It was also great to be able to enjoy a full day of rest if the return flight is late. Excellent location. A 2-minute walk to the beach, the nearest shop next door, two popular attractions within a 10-minute drive. The beach is sandy, with no big waves, as it is protected by a reef."

"You could add some more plates and bowls to the kitchen equipment. The kitchen could have not only sugar, but also salt and pepper, for example."

"The apartment is very spacious and clean, in an excellent location close to Anse Royal beach. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. There are plenty of shops and takeaway restaurants nearby."

"The location is nearby Anse Royale beach. Pharmacy, ATM, stores, take-aways verry close to location. The accomodation it self verry clean, well equiped and maintained. Nice apartment with living room, TV, AC- all what you need is given! The owner, Patrick verry helpful, as well, entire Villa Therese team! I felt like home and verry welcomed! Highly recommended!"

"Outstanding Hospitality! We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, with supermarkets and restaurants only a few steps away. A special thanks to Stephanie, the lovely lady from the Philippines who looked after the apartment. She went above and beyond—cleaning our space, doing our laundry, and even folding our clothes with care. She generously let us use her travel card too. Truly kind, hardworking, and sincere—Stephanie made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this place!"

"Although not on the beach, it was only a very short walk to the beach. Great restaurants and many different supermarkets and food trucks, just a short walk. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We organised a hire car and a day trip through reception. The apartment was cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Garage was removed from the apartment each day. A large laundry basket was in the bathroom. If you wanted clothes washed and dried, you just placed the clothes in the basket and leave the basket near the refrigerator. Washing would be returned neatly folded within a few hours. Well provided kitchen, nice big lounge area. Outdoor shower to remove sand before entering the apartment. Beach towels readily available."
