"Lovely double aspect room with lots of sunshine coming into the room. Loved the balcony - but could be a problem in the height of the season as it would have been overlooked if the rooms near ours was occupied as their balconies were very close. I would have loved to use the swimming pool if it had been heated, but being that our stay was in March the water was too cold."

The description of the location was a little misleading as one of the pubs mentioned had closed down - some years ago, but the details had not been amended on the website - which did in fact influence our choice in Sandpiper’s favour, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t nearer the supermarket mentioned in the write-up, either. Also, I put my suitcase in the corner of the bedroom flat - and when I moved it, I could see it had picked up a lot of dust, indicating that the corners of the bedroom weren’t very well cleaned!

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

Nije neka bitna zamerka, ali dodatno bi ulepšalo utisak da u apartmanu postoji aparat za kafu i kapsula kafe ili neka kesica čaja. Postoji kafić u neposrednoj blizini, ali je ipak lepo da ujutro popijete kafu na terasi bez izlaska iz sobe.

"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

Lokacija je odlična u samom ste centru grada sve znamenitosti su na par minuta do vas osoblje ljubazno parking je u sklopu objekta sam apartman prostran i bukvalno ima sve od posudja aparata za kafu daske za peglanje itd. Na sve su mislili da vam boravak bude ugodan čak i kapsule za veš mašinu . Sve je bilo izuzetno čisto i kreveti su bili izuzetno udobniZaista sve preporuke ."

Ja lično nemam zamerke ali ako ste u godinama birajte apartmane na nižim spratovima jer nema lift ali ovako lepoj i staroj zgradi lift ne bi ni priličio narušio bi sklad zgrade koja je sama po sebi deo istorije grada

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

The only point to note is that not all the suites in this category have a view over Gyeongbokgung Palace - when we wrote before our trip to double check, we were told that most of those suites are booked by long-term guests, and when we arrived there were indeed no suites with a palace view available. However, our suite had a great city view, including Namsan Tower and a view directly over Jogyesa Temple. We also got to enjoy sunrise every morning from our room, so for a winter stay it was very nice. The hotel also kindly stored a suitcase for us for a few days after we checked out. Great location, highly recommend."

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

Dnevna soba u apartmanu je mogla da bude malo veca. Za 2-3 osobe je dovoljno veliko, ali za 4 clanu porodicu je tesno.

"The apartment complex was in a fabulous location and it was nice to have a living area downstairs and a garden area as extra space (though we didn't end up using either much). The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was lovely too - excellent mountain views."

It would have been nice to have a bit more information about how you hire bikes and use the laundry (both had a charge) provided in the folder in the flat, but Edi was very good at replying to our questions.
