"The most beautifully appointed property . Spotlessly clean and the most charming helpful host . We walked into the city centre along the river for dinner , all very accessible ."

"Maybe some instructions in print of how to work the hob and microwave ,Tv.etc .would be helpful for us oldies !🤣"

"Bella villa con giardino nella parte alta di Vannes vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo. Disponibile anche un garage di dimensioni non esagerate, va bene per auto max lunghezza 4,60 metri x 1,90 di altezza max. Ottime dotazioni, incluse lavastoviglie, lavatrice e ascigatrice. Abbiamo passato dei bei giorni di relax. Grazie"

"Fantastic location right on the port. Only a few minutes walk along the water to a lovely selection of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the old town. We absolutely loved Vannes, with its beautiful buildings, fantastic shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and a large living area. The piano, stereo and books were a welcome addition. Despite previous review we found the beds very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and good sized garden. Private parking space was fantastic. The owner Oliver was very helpful and responsive. He gave us a fantastic guide to the area with recommendations for restaurants which were all brilliant - thank you."

"The decor and bathrooms are quite dated."

"Le quartier tres calme, agréable. Maison confortable Accès à Vannes en qqs minutes"

"Il manque qqs équipements pour être parfait. Exemple...il n'y aucune patère au murs qq soit la pièce, donc impossible de suspendre quoique ce soit, tout va sur les dossiers de chaises ou canapé. L' étendoir à linge vertical ne supporte pas le vent en cas de séchage extérieur...trop instable pas adapté à la région 😁."

"Right in the middle of the old town it is a fantastic location. The ground floor is great , the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The bathroom and WC in the bedroom is a bit weird and looks like someone didn't really think it through. The upstairs feels like it is unfinished. Great to be able to park in the courtyard. Good information from the host but a very late check in 5pm and early check out time 10am which was a bit annoying."

"The upstairs feels like it is unfinished but there were only 2 of us staying on the ground floor, so it was fine. Very late check in 5pm and early check out time 10am which was a bit annoying."

"We had a very enjoyable relaxing family holiday based in Vannes. The accommodation was modern, clean, and spacious and the wi-fi works. The hosts (Nathalie and Jean-Yves), who we met on the second day, were welcoming and provided suggestions on places to visit. For the first few days, we did not the use the car. We were able to swim and relax at Presqu'ile de Concleau which is within about 30 minutes walking distance, and there is a bus stop close to the accommodation which can take you directly to the centre of Vannes or to ferries to islands in the Gulf of Morbihan. For the latter part of the holiday, we travelled to some of the numerous beautiful beaches in the Gulf of Morbihan area."
