"The hotel is ideally situated, close to the hyper center of the city with multiple restaurants around and close to the opera house. The team of the hotel is young, sympathetic, efficient and very helpful whatever you may ask. The room was wide and had all the equipment I would have expected from a five star hotel, even though it has "only" four star. I also used the fitness room which had all the equipments we would expect in a fitness club. And I had dinner at the gourmet restaurant at the top floor where the food was very very good. When I come back to Kiev, there will be a no brainer, I will choose this hotel."

"Everything was great, taking into account that the country is at war. For example, the air alarm started at 1 a.m. and lasted until 7:14, but breakfast was served anyway. Honestly, at first I thought, “Okay, I’ll just go upstairs and maybe grab some coffee at least,” — but no, there was a perfect breakfast as every morning. I also had to attend the shelter — comfortable. The only thing I’d recommend is to be prepared that the room temperature is around 20 °C."

"The same as my last 2 reviews. Liked it so much I extended my stay for 3 days. Front desk staff are very good, especially Veronika. Vitaliy the concierge is extremely helpful. Alla at the bar also. All speak English so communication is a breeze. Room was comfortable and clean. Some TV stations in English. 24/7 room service. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of Kyiv. Clean, beautiful rooms, very comfy beds. I haven’t tried breakfast there because I like other places for brunch just 5-10 minutes away from the hotel. Parking is available but sometimes it could be problematic to park there, if it’s peak times. But there is always a possibility to find street parking just nearby. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Definitely enjoyed the hotel."

"Friendly staff. All spoke English. Very helpful. Concierge gave a great tour of all the facilities. They have a shelter onsite which is very comfortable - it has bean bags, chairs, coffee and toilets. 24/7 room service with tasty dishes. The Matisse restaurant has nice views and is beautiful decorated."
