"Great location right on beach front. Comfortable room, though nothing fancy, with fan and air conditioning which is crucial in Zanzibar humidity. Staff were friendly."
"The path between the dining/pool area is not paved so feet constantly get soiled going frim one place to another. This does add to the local feeling but is quite a bother. Food is OK, nothjng fancy, but also cheap."
"The staff is super frendly and helpfull, the room is very confortable, there is a nice pool that I didn't use just because the sea was right there as well. Having breakfast or lunch looking at the sea was amazing, it was also walking distance of all kiosks and restaurants by the beach. The hotel was full booked but it felt confortable and cozy anyway."

"It gets a bit crowded with outside guests coming to use the swimming pool and Bar facilities and also too many random young Masai guys looking to get picked up. All in all that leaves little entertainment area for hotel guests. Drinks at the bar were either short or never properly chilled"

"This is THE best location in all of Paje! The local owner keeps improving the facilities from year to year while sticking to a very down-to-earth concept. It’s not a luxury resort but one that makes you feel relaxed and at home from the first moment on. Getting up to watch the sunset, going for a swim at high tide or a stroll along the beach at low tide before breakfast is the best part about the location right at the beach. Food is AMAZING, the cook fantastic, prices (also of beverages) very reasonable and the choice of breakfast and its portion sizes definitely nothing to complain about. If you want to take kitesurfing lessons, as an in-house-guest you benefit from special offers."
