"Large appartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (we needed 3 rooms for four adults). We needed a one night stay before heading off to visit the parks in Rwanda. Very practical. We also hired the pick-up service from the airport. Everyone was very friendly, good communication before our arrival and very helpful with luggage and arranging our breakfast to go."
"The mattress on the bed was a hard. It might have been a problem for a longer stay."

"Staff are lovely, facilities are nice, restaurants are great (the bar in the bottom carpark was our favourite) and there is also a handy little supermarket for drinks and snacks. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment and it was nice to have space, kitchen and our own washing machine."

"The room was great & the availability of a washing machine to use after coming back from a 7 day safari was wonderful.!"
"The food at the restaurant was always cold. I don't think burners were lit under the closhes to keep food warm. Also the fried eggs were like leather. Stick to omelettes. I couldn't access Mastercard payment whichcaused me angst but the staff were very good & allowed part payment until the problem could be sorted."
