"It's a "rustic" boutique hotel still in the midst of building up some of their services, like the on-site bar and restaurant. It's quiet at night, overlooking the city, and quite a ways away from the tourist neighborhoods, which is fine because you have to take a mototaxi to get anywhere anyway. The management was incredibly friendly and helpful, when they were there (they were not always on site, but there's always a doorman around). It's very affordable and you get what you pay for. For part of my stay, I believe I was the only one there. Very peaceful."
"It's not apparent in the fine print, but payment is up front and IN CASH ONLY. This was a problem for me, since I didn't have enough USD for full payment, and the ATMs only let you take out 200,000 francs at a time."
"Hochgeschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel - hier waren große Ästheten am Werk! Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit hier: Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett, geleitet werden Hotel und Restaurant von einem Ruander und einer Französin, es herrscht eine gute Stimmung, Café und Restaurant sind top. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse unseres Zimmers auf Gartenseite: herrlich ruhig und durch die Pflanzen- und Baumvielfalt frisch und grün. Ich hoffe sehr, das wir es schaffen wiederzukommen!"
