"I didn't like that coffee in the room was a paid service. Usually, all hotels provide coffee and tea for free. The only free things here were tea bags :("

"I arrived in Lisboa very early and the reception staff was very kind to accommodate me at 10 a.m. rather than wait till 15.00. Luckily it is off season otherwise in the summer it wouldn't be possible. Hotel looks absolutely gorgeous from the first step. Breakfast is very rich variety, room is very spacious, location is near 2 merto ( underground) stations. You can't fault anything!"

"Location: 5 min walk to Tube Station Picoas, Shopping mall Cortez ingles as well in walk distance, safe area, supermarket 3 min walk, a beautiful church in 1 min walk distance, breakfast: big selection of juices, coffees, cheese, hams, salmon, from sweet to spicey - everything is here, very professional and friendly reception, big breakfast time window 7-1030, early check out at 4 am coffee, very nice night receptionist Francesco, nice decent 80ies music in hotel area, inhouse restaurant, free lemon juice and apple for hotel guests in reception area, small nice gym"

"sauna sitting area should be renovated, a clock in whirlpool area d be helpful to manage time, breakfast room can be crowded at peak times, tv channels should be managed, there re a lot of empty channels, generally there s not much to complain"
