"Perfect location and really comfortable. Our room was beautiful with cooling bed linens and under floor heating in the bathroom. Vegetable garden was still active and greatly enjoyed in excellent meals, dinner and breakfast. Stunning views of a very beautiful area."

"This amazing gem of a place exceeded all our expectations. You simply cant go wrong staying here. From the moment we arrived Vania and Miguel made us feel like part of the family. The attention and service you receive is second to none. The whole hotel and its facilities are beautiful and so well located in the Rota Vicentina. The restaurant was also amazing and Ricardo made sure we enjoyed our experience there. You simply cannot go wrong in choosing this beautiful place. Our only regret was that we wished we would have booked more days there on our Portuguese road trip. We will definitely return! Thankyou to the Herdade Do Touril team!"

"Oh this really was a fabulous treat for two weary walkers! Very luxurious, but also relaxed - everything was perfect and we had a fantastic stay. Our room was amazing, really spacious, lovely shower, and very comfortable bed and bedlinen. Swimming pool and surrounding area was great. The restaurant was a real treat, and the member of staff attending to us was really lovely. Delicious food, reasonably priced. We are planning a trip with friends next year and will definitely stay here again. And I left something behind and they made such efforts to get it back to me - amazing customer service."

"The only thing that didn't suit us was that breakfast did not start until 8.30am (and in fact was all locked up until 8.35am) - that seemed late to us and we would have preferred it to start earlier (7.30am, or 8am at a push). But it was delicious and worth the wait!"

"My husband and I stayed here after a long motorcycle route through Portugal. It was our last stop and it was a delight to be somewhere tranquil, swim in the heated pool and have a lovely dinner without having to hop on the bike to get into town. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was also great. We will definitely back."

"Amazing facilities, rooms are nicely decorated and cared for, pool is nice, location is close to the beach and to Zambujeira village. Restaurant is great, great food and great wine with very nice staff."

"Beautiful grounds, well looked after. All the staff were professional and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a nice terrace. The saltwater pool was good to swim in and plenty of loungers to relax after our swim. We borrowed mountain bikes and cycled along the cliff path to the lighthouse. We will definitely be retuning to this exceptional place."

"A beautiful old farm stay, tastefully designed and decorated. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Our room with a terrace was clean and comfortable. The pool, lounge area and dinning area were lovely. Excellent dinner at the restaurant. The best place we stayed on the Fisherman’s trail."
