"Sve je bilo savršeno. Dobili smo više nego što smo očekivali za uloženi novac. Ogromna soba i King size krevet 220x200. Svaki dan servis sobe. Hodnici topli i udobni. Hotelski lobi impresivan i tu vas uvek dočekuje ljubazno osoblje. Doručak takodje dovoljan. Pogled iz sobe na dinamičan grad ali nije bučno. Ispred hotela stanica metroa i dosta linija autobusa. Savršena lokacija!"

"Doručak je bio dobar. Bilo je izbora hrane , piča i voća.Do hotela smo došli metroom sa aerodroma crvenom linijom. Suprug i ja smo bili smešteni u sobi 419 koja je imala divan pogled na spomenik Markiza de Pombala. Hotel je divno pozcioniran da možete svuda pešice iz divnu šetnju avenijom Lidertade."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The location is great as it's connects to everywhere and the station and buses are just outside. I had beautiful views of the parque and the statue."

"Hotel is in a perfect location, close to buses, metro and sightseeing tours. Our room was a good size, perfect for our stay. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable . Housekeeping came in everyday and made beds, replaced towels etc. My kettle broke on the second day, after a call to the desk, it was replaced straight away. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style, very fresh and a great selection. Overall, I would stay again."

"Location: very good, Metro station (blue line) and public transportation by the door. 20 to 30 minutes walk to the main tourist attraction. A few good restaurants in the area. The park is across the street with a Hop-on-hop-off bus station. Breakfast was good, diverse, and very well presented."

"The hotel was fantastic and I would 100% stay here again. The location is excellent—very close to local facilities with great public transport links nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay."
"The only minor issues were that the bathroom tap was a little dirty upon arrival, and my room wasn't freshened up or replenished on one of the days. However, I’m certain the staff would have resolved this immediately if I had asked; I just happened to be in the room for an hour during the day when they likely would have serviced it."

"Great location and great hotel. The staff are very friendly. There are bus and train stops everywhere. Would come again. Breakfast was very good and it varied everyday. They served us natas when we requested. Nelson is very very nice and he helped us a lot."
