"I loved our stay here. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was a beautiful experience with a reserved table and candle. So nice! Coffee on tap was appreciated along with the character of the accommodation itself was priceless."

"Breakfast buffet was filling and good. Foods were quickly replaced whenever it ran out. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. I wanted to go for a short hike around the area and was provided with a map with hiking trails and suggestions. Dinner has to be reserved in advanced. I was recommended reindeer meat and it was exceptional. The room was also clean. Free coffee and tea is available at the reception all day long."

"The staff was very friendly and the premises were quaint and charming in the traditional Norwegian mountain hotel style. We made our reservation on short notice, the same day as our stay. A more powerful than expected summer storm led to our train from Drammen to Bergen being canceled and we instead drove our car across the mountains. Torsetlia was perfect for our needs. The rooms were cozy and the restaurant was welcoming. Good choice of breakfast foods! I will definitely stay there again during one of my frequent road trips to Bergen to visit family."
"The only negative thing was the soundproofing. We could hear the family with small children who checked in late above us, and it was initially hard to sleep."
