"Todo el Hotel es amplio y muy limpio, el personal es muy atento y educado sobre todo el personal de restaurante y la comida bastante buena. Los jardines hermosos y la alberca limpia."

"Cuíden sus árboles, tienen un árbol de Granada que se está muriendo por una plaga de heno, limpienlo . Ya necesitan cambiar colchones en la habitación 231. Cuidado con el ruido de bombas y calderas, es constante y muy fuerte. La caja fuerte de la habitación estaba cerrada cuando llegamos y ya no la usamos. Las chicas que hacen los antojitos y preparan los huevos del bufete del Domingo excelentes."

"Las instalaciones cómodas, limpias y todo el personal muy amable. Las áreas verdes y la alberca perfectamente cuidadas. Tuvimos la oportunidad de desayunar en el restaurante y también muy bueno en sazón y en trato por parte de todos."

"A big hotel with a wonderful garden, spacious and very well maintained. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they switched one night for another without any cost. We are very grateful as we got stuck in the city before our planned stay, on a day very chaotic day when the surrounding highways were blocked. Thank you!"

"Great affordable place at a perfect location in Oaxaca city! Relatively quiet considering how central it is because of the huge inside yard on the first floor. Friendly people that even let us leave our bags during the day when we came back to town 4 days after we stayed there!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. We had initially booked for one night last minute, and ended up staying for seven! The staff was very friendly, and we’d especially like to thank Eduardo who was helpful. Breakfast is the same every day, but it’s very good and really fills you up! The restaurant is great as well — we loved the cocktails there. The room was clean, and we had access to the swimming pool, gym, and parking… nothing more to ask for! I would highly recommend staying here if you have a car and want to get to Oaxaca Center whenever you like."

You can walk the grounds and have access to their own Cenote. It would work as a base to discover Merida and the surrounding area."
