"It is super convenient to access the store with prepared packaged foods from the deli, having both directly downstairs from the hotel. All staff members, both hotel and store staff, are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a coin op laundry room on the 2nd floor."
"The bathroom sink faucet makes a loud clanking sound whenever you turn on the faucet. Also, the long neck faucet is facing directly in the path where you would spit when you brush your teeth. Perhaps change the faucet head. Another issue is the back stairs on the side of the building. Be very careful. Some of the steps tilt/bend whenever you step on them. Thankfully, there's an elevator in the hotel. But it's on the backside of the hotel. I mostly use the door located in the dining hall inside the store. When the store closes at 9pm, then you have two options: back stairs on the side of the building or the elevator. The back stairs are faster. I hope they improve the functionality of it."
