The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, this is definitely it."

"If you are looking for a relaxing weekend is the perfect spot. We stayed in a junior suite super comfortable, warm, and spacious. The resort sits in the middle of the mountains, with beautiful green surroundings, really well-kept, and has picture-perfect views. They have a spa with steam room, a small indoor pool, and a sauna, plus an outdoor pool. The area around the resort is great for hiking, especially around the lake, which is both scenic and easy to explore. The staff were so friendly Maya at the reception was especially welcoming, smiling and ready with all the info we needed. I’ve added a few photos below to give a better feel of the place. And bonus: the resort is also perfect for a wedding ceremony 🤪"

The restaurant offered delicious food, especially the breakfast with lots of fresh and local options. "From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by an incredibly kind staff member. A huge bravo to the employer last night, even though my reservation was made just one hour before arrival and it was quite late, they welcomed me warmly and explained every detail with great patience!! Secondly, and most importantly during winter inside the hotel it feels like summer! The entire property is perfectly heated: the restaurant, rooms, bathrooms, and hallways are all warm and cozy. You completely forget it’s winter outside, which makes it perfect for families with children. The restaurant is beautifully arranged, and the staff there are equally polite and professional. Even though we changed tables several times before deciding where to sit, it was never an issue for them they remained friendly and accommodating. Everything you ask for, they provide with a smile. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and truly worth every penny and every star it holds. It genuinely feels better than home!"
