"Everything top notch. Host was very responsive, sauna was amazing, cold plunge in the river - even more so. All facilities, amenities, etc in place, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling window exactly what I, my wife and our youngest had been in search for - transcendental confluence with nature's ever present stillness"

"The cabin is perfect for two people, very comfortable. It was easy to find and only 15minutes drive from the beach. It had lovely outdoor space and a BBQ which we used. We had a lovely stay"

"Place was wonderful and peaceful. Good looking, well designed and clean house with stunning view. Hot tube in the woods with the view on Gauja river is just perfect."
"One day there was noisy neighbours, second day hosts were quite noisy cleaning cars and stuff with karcher (which is not something you expect on stay in the woods). Also in the house there's no air conditioner and you're not able to open windows during summer time because of mosquitoes."
"The eco house is beautifully blended into the surrounding pine forest on the bank of the river Gauja. All the amenities were modern and clean, a comfortable terrace and a big sliding doors created the sense of unity with nature. Excellent location, just 30 mins away from Riga, close to the lakes and beaches. Highly recommend booking it during the weekdays if you want to get away from the city chaos and enjoy stillness and calmness of nature. The host was welcoming and was easy to deal with."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"
