"I stayed at Little Garden House and found it to be a charming and comfortable place, especially suitable for cyclists or other travelers looking for a peaceful stop. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, but once there, everything went smoothly. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She gave a helpful introduction to the facilities, including the cabin itself, the kitchen, and the shower area. The small cabin was cozy and pleasant, and the kitchen and sauna/shower located in an old outbuilding were also perfectly adequate for my needs. Overall, a nice and practical accommodation option in a quiet setting."

"Super place for the price. I had my own room with air con and a toilet and shower. It’s 800m about to the bus station and walking distance to most restaurants and stores in Savusavu. Practically next door to the historic Planters Club. Ron the owner is really kind and at the beginning drove me around to show me what I could do in Savusavu. I had a wonderful stay"

Sometimes it can get a bit noisy if the early morning ferry leaves for Suva a couple of times a week. I stayed in the front facing g the ocean. Maybe it was quieter at the back? But really there were no complaints

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."

"El lugar en si es bastante placentero, sin ruido de carros, rodeado de árboles y la cabaña es una belleza, muy limpia, amplia, cómoda, con absolutamente lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana bastante relajado. "Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

Cold water shower (was fine for body but just cold for washing hair!), the vents in wall allowed a lot of smoke in which made me quite coughy but wasn’t a big issue
