"Away from the noises of the main roads. Large property with spacious rooms. Staff are friendly. Comfortable stay. Decent parking in the basement."
"Could have a breakfast option in the property. Can be a bit noisy and crowded on weekends as it is a Club and have a lot of members on the poolside."
"The room met my expectations. Coming from Canada I have certain standards including of staff. The team at The Cosmopolitan were wonderful. In particular a shout out to Raphael, Michel, and last but not least Dallal - totally customer centric, polite and professional. Would stay again and would recommend."
"There’s always little things here and there - for example, we had a hiccup with the room safe - but Dallal sent someone right away and it was sorted. Also, there was some small crumbling brush coat under the door entrance into the washroom. Again, nit picking."
"Check in process was easy, parking was safe and plenty. The room was large and I had no issues with the water pressure or temperature. I'm glad parking was included in my rate."
"It's not the hotel's fault, but when requesting a rideshare or getting a ride back to the hotel using google maps, half the time the navigation takes you to the street behind the hotel, which causes a 5-7 min delay. To avoid this, there is a bakery shop 150-200 feet away, use that as your pickup/drop-off point."

"Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse på hotellet. All personal var mycket hjälpsamma speciellt Dany. Han såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde. Poolen var mycket väl omhändertagen. Det var rent och inbjudande. Maten var mycket bra och rummet mycket bekvämt. AC och inget ljud alls så vi sov väldigt gott. Vi skulle definitivt komma igen. We had a very good stay at the hotel. All the staff were very helpful specially Dany. He made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was very well taken care of. It was clean and inviting. The food was very good and the room very comfortable. AC and no noise at all so we slept very well. We would definetely come again."
