"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

"There were is nothing to dislike. If I had to pick on one, its not walking distance to the other hotels/shops etc but that too creates its own charm - tuk-tuks and bikes are so cheap that the slight remoteness was not an issue at all"

It is in a secluded quiet spot with no external noise which makes your stay totally relaxing and calm . The food was delicious and beautifully presented . Cocktails first class!! Staff are attentive and very friendly . Fabulous pool and relaxation areas and wonderful garden . Beautiful view of the sea."

"Lonno lodge is echt een geweldig verblijf. Silvia en Aldo hebben de ecolodge met heel veel liefde gebouwd, met heerlijke, ruimtelijke vertrekken en privé terrassen. Na Nairobi en Mombasa was dit echt een prachtige oase. Het ontbijt, zwembad en de zee aan het klif, zijn top. Het team is ongelofelijk aardig, attent en gezellig. We waren met onze 1 jarige dochter en ze hebben haar en ons echt thuis laten voelen terwijl er aan alles werd gedacht. Heerlijk dat je met een slapend kleintje onder de sterren kunt dineren. De lodge ligt wel wat verder uit het centrum, maar dat vonden wij wel relaxed. Met de elektrische tuktuk (die je vanuit Lonno kunt pakken) ben je overal, bv Gedi ruïnes, heel snel. Wij komen heel graag nog een keer terug."

"Die Unterkunft vereint alles, was wir uns wünschen: Persönlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Luxuriös, ruhig und dennoch bodenständig. Geschmackvoll und außergewöhnlich eingerichtet, trotzdem praktikabel. Die Gastgeber Silvia und Aldo machen es zu einem sehr persönlichen, familiären Erlebnis. Gute Stimmung unter den Mitarbeiter:innen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!"

"Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel!...und ich ich war schon fast überall auf der Welt;-)...Es gibt billigeres, aber es kümmern sich über 25 Personen um nur 8 Zimmer!... Die Eigentümer haben sehr viel Gefühl für gutes Ambiente, Stil, gutes Essen, guter Service. Sie haben einen perfekten Ort geschaffen um sich rundherum Wohl zu fühlen."
