"I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!"

"Mqybe you can install small fridge, small table. Towels and beddings need updating including bath mat. Stayed with one bath mat for 4 days in a room of 3. Room was too open so suggest some blinds on windows. More benches needed."
