"Isolated House in between fields - good place to watch the Northern Lights. Whirlpool was working perfectly. Really quiet - no traffic noise. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space for a party of 4."

"Location is perfect as a home base to drive from Snæfellsnes through the golden circle down to the glacier. Very spacious for 6 people, the house offers that sense of place you want to have visiting Iceland."

"Link with google directions provided by the property prior to our arrival was completely wrong. It took us over an hour of getting lost using our roaming data to reach out to the owner and find ourselves. Not cool with exhausted kids at 11pm. Luckily owner was reachable and helped us out. Kitchenware is not in great shape, kitchen cabinets haven’t been properly cleaned for a while. Most of wardrobe shelves have been taken by personal effects of the owners which limited space to organize our clothes. Any kind of shutters would be nice to have since we had light most of the night. Overall we had a great time and would return to the house next time in Iceland."

"Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Man kann super entspannen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ca 20 min entfernt was für super war. Der Whirlpool ist wirklich schön und warm gewesen. Wir durften sogar bei Ankunft die tollen Nordlichter begrüßen."

"Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, alles zusammen gewürfelt. Die Bratpfannen gehören in die Tonne, da die Beschichtung übelst zerkratzt waren."

"Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben den Weitblick und Ausblick auf die Gletscher sowie die himmlische Ruhe sehr genossen. Auch fanden wir den Whirlpool richtig klasse. Den Grill haben wir ebenfalls genutzt. Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus."

"Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet alles was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht. Die Badezimmer sind groß und modern und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der Whirlpool ist ein besonders Highlight, da man eine wunderbare Aussicht hat."

"Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung, wir waren zu siebt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist fantastisch und zentral für das Bereisen des Südens Islands. Der Ausblick gibt Ruhe und Entspannung. Aus dem Whirlpool in die Landschaft zu schauen war herrlich. Polarlichter waren satt zu sehen. Wir würden das Haus wiedernehmen!"

"Kaum etwas. Zunächst fehlten uns die Eintrittsangaben für das Haus. Als diese dann kamen, waren sie sehr ausführlich, hilfreich und gut. Es ist nicht mehr alles ganz neu. Wir kamen aber sehr gut mit allem zurecht."
