"Best mid level hotel in Duhok. Duhok is a terrible hotel city. A few really overpriced places and then loads of low end. Sofia is comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly. We stay there quite a bit."

"The hotel offers modern, high-quality rooms and an absolutely excellent breakfast that exceeded our expectations. Everything was top-notch, with only one practical drawback regarding the pool area: the hotel enforces specific swimwear rules, and the required attire sold on-site is quite expensive. If we had known about these requirements in advance, we could have easily bought everything for a much better price at the local bazaar. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, just make sure to bring your own gear or shop at the market beforehand to avoid unnecessary costs."
