"The elevators! We were given an apartment on the 4th floor, which would not have been a problem if the elevators worked. Complained multiple times at the reception. The staff was accommodating and they changed our apartment where the lift was working. The elevators worked that day but did not function in the next morning!"

"I did not expect such a good breakfast and let me come to the point that this was the last resort I had handpicked which turned out to be the best, the surrounding, plantations, swimming pool and all so well maintained, I would surely come back here again."
