AVONDALE ACCOMMODATION

"Better than my previous stay here. Surely worth for €23 euro for a night stay. Room was Spacious and Warm. Had good big Bed,Bedside dressing table and chair,Kettle,Water,teabags and cookies and large wardrobe and Large windows."

"Room had lingering smoke smell. Would be better if they could look into this and place a room feshner. Suggestion-would be better if you provide small soaps/shampoos for guests along with the towels and tissues."

"I was a single room in a Hostel, worked for me as I was working. Shared Bathroom and Toilet and it worked well for me. There was a kitchen downstairs and it was close to the town. I was able to park."

"The reason I booked this stay was its in the Central location,and I had a test early morning. Room was spacious and warm enough. Appreciate that they provided coffe and tea sachets and cookies."

"There were none to handle me the keys when I arrived the location at 7:35pm. I waited for 20minutes in the freezing cold and then inside someones kitchen(as directed by them on call). The electric shower was not working and there was no hot water in the washbasin tap too. Kitchen looks unclean. Bed was making squeeky noise the whole time. Bedsheets floors carpets etc were stained and dirty and need maintenance. All over the place there are rules(which are written in a quite rude language,like we stay here for free) Kitchen is closed from 8am to 11pm..lol. The stay is Not PLEASENT,if you are not on a budget,definitely choose somewhere else. I have stayed in much better hostels in other parts of ireland for lesser price. But If you are looking for a quick ,cheap one night stay for urgent needs in letterkenny,maybe you can go for it."

"Check-in process was strange. It didn't seem like I was expected and felt almost like I was trespassing. Had walk in the building without being certain of when I was and was difficult to get the attention of staff."

"As stated you this is budget accommodation. Perfect we stayed three nights, had use of the shared bathroom. Never had any hassle. Dealt with both John & Katie who we never had any problems with, both nice people. Stick to the rules & you will be fine. Read through the policies & information, read reviews some people this place may not suit others this may suit if you plan just to sleep, shower etc."
