"The host is a nice lady but she’s not organised, she mixed up my number with another client who was supposed to come after so one day she called me multiple times to figure out when we were arriving (we were there for two days already) and one morning she entered our room using her key at around 9 am without knocking, me and my husband were still in bed and it was embarrassing. The parking is not very well organised, but that’s the people’s fault, some cars block the access and take too much space. Now about the apartment, the place is not the cleanest, there are a lot of spider webs, we found some dirty glasses, the bathroom floor is absolutely disgusting, full of mold in the corners and we took our showers with flip flops on because we were scared to catch something… The bed is very noisy and uncomfortable, we both had trouble sleeping while we stayed there, the sleeping curtains are see through so in the morning the room had plenty of light and we couldn’t sleep. The equipment is mediocre, we had an electric stove with one pan and a coffee maker, the trash had only one small bag so it was full within 2 days, we had to take our trash directly out after that, barely any hand soap in the bathroom, the container was kind of empty, and finally, the appartement had only two tiny hand towels for a week stay… which is not enough, we each needed a body towel, one hand towel for the week, maybe one in the kitchen and considering most of the guests are going to the aqua-park and maybe they don’t bring an extra towel from home like we did, one for that. So that means at least 3-4 towels per stay, not two tiny ones…"

"New and demanding renovation, furniture, mostly The Castle, Bath is in minutes. Air conditioning is great. Coffee maker, included, fast induction oven! Good pricing."

"Ants, constantly, not crowding but 10-20 here and there. No small lamps for reading or low light. The bed mattresses are much harder than elsewhere we've been. No cleaning below the beds, cabinets. The shower should be better made, clogged on the 3rd day."
