"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

The fact I did not have remote for the gate to open the gate, had to rely on a car horn.

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

"Clean hotel in the city center, next to a mini market. Warm room without many amenities but quite spacious bathroom. On the plus side, parking in a public area under the hotel.The view of the restaurant was amazing."

There is not a direct access of the parking to the hotel. The breakfast was poor as there was no hot dishes (scrambled eggs i.e.) and there was the only option of black coffee even the restaurant was servings other coffees the rest of the day.

"Hotel fenomenalan. Ispred hotela je i 7eleven. Dikso klub, iza malo je i šoping centar. Lokacija odlična. Na oko pola h vožnje taksijem do centra, uber nije skup. Hotel i doručak fenomenalni."

Doručak ima super sadržaje ali bi mogli da povedu računa o izdvajajnju vegetarijanskih varijanti od nevegetarijanskih. Npr jaja i povrće prave na istoj površini gde i meso.

"Sve mi se dopalo. Hotel jeste stariji ali ga lepo održavaju i obnavljaju, lift je nov. Problem koji sam imala u sobi veoma brzo su rešili. Devojke na recepciji su veoma ljubazne i od velike pomoći. Lokacija je odlična, veoma blizu plaže."

Mislim da bi trebali da postoje drzači za sušenje kupaćih kostima na velikoj terasi za sobe koje nemaju svoju terasu. Treba da znate da pojedine sobe bez pogleda nemaju dnevnu svetlost.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"U kratkom periodu smo bili dva puta porodicno u ovom hotelu.Oba puta je osoblje bilo preljubazno,dorucak odlican, izbor veliki, sobe lepe komforne, jastuci udobni, posteljina i peskiri kvalitetni, loccitane kozmetika u kupatilu. Lokacija odealna za istrazivanje centra Ljubljane peske. Velika soba u kojoj smo bili poslednji put na 7. spratu je bila predivna ,sa fenomenalnim pogledom. Garaza u hotelu ,iako se placa odlicna, velika parking mesta."

Na 7.spratu ispred lifta je dva dana stajao carsav svucen na podu i niko ga nije sklonio,iako sam videla da je osoblje prolazilo pored njega. Ipak to nije pokvarilo utisak.
