There was nothing at all to fislike

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"U kratkom periodu smo bili dva puta porodicno u ovom hotelu.Oba puta je osoblje bilo preljubazno,dorucak odlican, izbor veliki, sobe lepe komforne, jastuci udobni, posteljina i peskiri kvalitetni, loccitane kozmetika u kupatilu. Lokacija odealna za istrazivanje centra Ljubljane peske. Velika soba u kojoj smo bili poslednji put na 7. spratu je bila predivna ,sa fenomenalnim pogledom. Garaza u hotelu ,iako se placa odlicna, velika parking mesta."

Na 7.spratu ispred lifta je dva dana stajao carsav svucen na podu i niko ga nije sklonio,iako sam videla da je osoblje prolazilo pored njega. Ipak to nije pokvarilo utisak.

"Extremely cool hotel if you go for a Tatami room. I liked the setting near a temple and in a quieter neighborhood but not too far from central Kyoto's nightlife area."

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Jedina preporuka, zamena sobnih vrata, koja bi desetosruko ulepšavala celokupni utisak i možda neki panoramaski lift.

"Great resort with many swimming pools, even a shop. The food was good and varied. We only had breakfsat included but chose to have dinner here as well. Staff was super friendly."

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Once there was a shot power cut but it lasted only 10 mins.
