"Doručak je bio raznovrstan i ukusan, moglo se pronaći nešto za svačiji ukus. Hotel je smešten na svega tri minuta hoda od stanice metroa i odlično je povezan sa ostatkom grada. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Posebno bih želela da pohvalim gospodina Nandosa, koji je uvek bio nasmejan, predusretljiv i spreman da odgovori na svako naše pitanje."

"U kratkom periodu smo bili dva puta porodicno u ovom hotelu.Oba puta je osoblje bilo preljubazno,dorucak odlican, izbor veliki, sobe lepe komforne, jastuci udobni, posteljina i peskiri kvalitetni, loccitane kozmetika u kupatilu. Lokacija odealna za istrazivanje centra Ljubljane peske. Velika soba u kojoj smo bili poslednji put na 7. spratu je bila predivna ,sa fenomenalnim pogledom. Garaza u hotelu ,iako se placa odlicna, velika parking mesta."

Na 7.spratu ispred lifta je dva dana stajao carsav svucen na podu i niko ga nije sklonio,iako sam videla da je osoblje prolazilo pored njega. Ipak to nije pokvarilo utisak.

The room was small

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the heating in the room and on the third night they changed us to another room, which was great."

The first room we had was very cold as the heating was not working.

"Everything was good, enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful! The airport transfer service was a real life saver!"

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

"Great location...600m walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT station closeby. A short walk into Orchard Rd, near Chinatown. Easy access to several dining options. Rooms were comfortable and pool was very welcome."

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Jedina preporuka, zamena sobnih vrata, koja bi desetosruko ulepšavala celokupni utisak i možda neki panoramaski lift.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

The WiFi does not work!

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

Couldn't stay longer

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

"it’s clean, convenient, shirt walking distance to interesting spots in town, nice swimming pool and views, comfortable bedding, very nice staff"

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"Hotel fenomenalan. Ispred hotela je i 7eleven. Dikso klub, iza malo je i šoping centar. Lokacija odlična. Na oko pola h vožnje taksijem do centra, uber nije skup. Hotel i doručak fenomenalni."

Doručak ima super sadržaje ali bi mogli da povedu računa o izdvajajnju vegetarijanskih varijanti od nevegetarijanskih. Npr jaja i povrće prave na istoj površini gde i meso.

"Veliki izbor bazena sa morskom vodom, za velike, za male, hrana, osoblje... Osoblje na svim jezicima komunicira i jako su usluzni."

Hotel ne preporučuje vodu za piće na česmi, a dobija se jedna flaša vode pri dolasku. Voda u hotelu košta 3x vise nego u pordavnici, a šteta je da se u tako lep hotel unose paketi vode i donosi iz prodavnica. Aparat za kafu ima, ali kapsule kupujete sami negde. Čaj, ness kafa i mleko imaju i svaki dan se dopunjuju.

"Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"Interesting concept Lovely staff. Cleanliness. Good breakfast buffet (even the bread rolls were tasty and that is rare in Germany)."

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.
