The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Jedina preporuka, zamena sobnih vrata, koja bi desetosruko ulepšavala celokupni utisak i možda neki panoramaski lift.

"U kratkom periodu smo bili dva puta porodicno u ovom hotelu.Oba puta je osoblje bilo preljubazno,dorucak odlican, izbor veliki, sobe lepe komforne, jastuci udobni, posteljina i peskiri kvalitetni, loccitane kozmetika u kupatilu. Lokacija odealna za istrazivanje centra Ljubljane peske. Velika soba u kojoj smo bili poslednji put na 7. spratu je bila predivna ,sa fenomenalnim pogledom. Garaza u hotelu ,iako se placa odlicna, velika parking mesta."

Na 7.spratu ispred lifta je dva dana stajao carsav svucen na podu i niko ga nije sklonio,iako sam videla da je osoblje prolazilo pored njega. Ipak to nije pokvarilo utisak.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."
