"It's not just "a hotel", it an immersive experience of Armenian hospitality in a beautiful, very neatly kept private home. You are a personal guest of a beautiful family, the breakfast is served every morning on a crispy white table linen. The place provides a lot of comfort and privacy. I really enjoyed my stay."

I simply didn't get why some taxi drivers do not enter the driveway, preferring to pick-up or drop 20 meters away, on a crossroad. The street is open both ways. But that's rather a question to the taxi services.

"The area is very quiet, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. I loved the beautiful sea view from the property. Also, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making my stay very pleasant."

The air conditioning was quiet noisy. The bed was lumpy.

"The guesthouse was very clean and beautiful, as well as quiet with access from the back of the house. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a microwave, fridge, oven, sink and cleaning supplies and cutlery and spices. Our room was a good size, with charging ports near the bed, clean sheets and covers and enough space for our large luggage. The location was also really good, close to the airport. It's very close to thr Trollkunfinger walk. You can park right beside the house, and there's space for at least three cars."

There were some loud motercycle noises in the night, it did keep us from sleeping a little, so it seems like the neighbourhood can get a bit noisy. The nice bathroom with a standing shower is in the basement, which you need to access from outside or from a trap door in the kitchen. The other bathroom has a tub but doesn't have enough ceiling space to stand. The basement was a little cold and dusty and so bathing there was a little scary!

"Everything!! It was so well equipped; fabulous quiet air con, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare a 3 course meal. The swimming pool was heavenly and plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the hosts were super friendly and helpful, always on hand or available on Whatsapp."

The only very slight negative was the hill to the property. We took it very slowly (we're getting on a bit!) but it still only took about 6 or 7 minutes. So not too much of a problem.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. "Absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, and everything was clearly very well cared for. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, yet the location was excellent and very convenient. The room layout was very practical and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The internet was extremely fast and reliable. The bathroom was a real highlight — a fantastic shower with both a rain shower and a movable shower head, and the water pressure was excellent. The host was friendly, attentive, and very responsive to any questions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place."

"性價比非常高，在跨年連假每間飯店都誇張亂漲房價的時候，只有這間飯店提供合理的價格，真的很棒！ 房間跟陽台都非常大，隱密性也不錯，床雖然很軟但支撐性很高，睡得很好。 房間還有提供冷暖氣，風量很大也很強；浴室也很大，且水熱得速度很快，水壓也不錯，且淋浴間地板有止滑，很棒。 有很多停車位，附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，民宿外的草地區也讓人很放鬆。 沒有提供冰塊，但跟住宿方詢問就會提供，滿棒的，住宿還有提供飲水機甚至是電梯，很棒。 另外個人常常覺得住宿提供的肥皂太大塊，沒用完很浪費，此住宿提供的肥皂較小，比較環保，退房沒用完也不會心疼。"

櫃檯的右側有貼歡迎使用信用卡字樣，實際到現場卻無法刷卡只能付現，這點讓人不是很愉快。 C/I時間只到晚上九點，不確定九點過後是否還能入住，八點半左右就接到民宿方來電詢問是否要抵達了，讓人有壓力。 住宿本身非常安靜，但有遇到帶小孩的旅客小孩早上一直狂跑亂跳，也有遇到早上約七點開始使用鐵槌敲東西的聲音，雖然都被吵醒，但聲音都沒有持續很久。 另外個人覺得房內的沙發很硬。

"This is a lovely place to stay for anyone who is wanting a break from hotel/hostel life. Rodrigo and his wife are so welcoming and kind. Everything that you need is there (coffee, tea, cold water, a fully equipped kitchen), including information and a laundry service that is great value for money (possibly the best that I have had in my 5 weeks of travelling so far!). The location is perfect for León, I feel lucky to have booked this place."
