"Large comfortable room. Good breakfast and dinners. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. In particular the brother of the manager who covered food, service and many other things. Along with another young man who did likewise, plus he did an excellent job of guiding us on a hike through Palm Gardens and Gorge Du Todra. When we were making our booking we enquired about access as we were planning a long trip with heavy luggage. We were told in advance that there is a steep path and stairs from the road but that we would have our luggage transfered for us by staff and Jack the donkey. On arrival and departure that was done by the staff and lovely healthy looking well cared for Jack. So our stay was overall very good."

The only things were the mounting bracket for the shower head in the bathroom faces the head straight out. No big problem for us as we just held it by hand. But some people may not be comfortable doing that and a new mounting bracket would be a good idea. The second thing was a leak from the pipe suppling the bathroom sink. Which meant that the bathroom floor away from the shower was wet and could be slippery. There was a floor blade left in the bathroom to use but the leak would not be a major job to fix so would be worth doing.

"My room was wonderful, airy, comfortable, clean with touches of local culture. Kevin was an excellent host, always cheerful, smiling, helpful. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. The verandas are perfect. It was a great opportunity to stay amidst the local indigenous culture."

Be prepared if your phone has weaker signal, but that's more on the area than the hotel tbh.

"The room was comfortable and the bed was nice and soft. It's a great place to chill out for a day or two away from all the tourists and you can see a more local side of Aruba. Ac and wifi worked really well and you could use the kitchen for coffee. Jay and his dog were really helpful and friendly."

"Very good location, close to the city beach , 5 min on foot. There is a pool on property which is very practical when it is hot during the day and you do not feel like walking to the beach. An outdoor kitchen is available, there is a gas stove, BBQ place etc, very useful for people wanting to cook. The apartment is clean, spacious and right for our group. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to help when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers! Thank you Safar guest house!"

I really didn't have any dissatisfaction.

"I stayed with two friends for two nights, but originally had only planned to stay one night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and flexible in extending my stay. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and it was not problem to have it at 5 am as we had to leave early. I think it is great value for money in Musanze!"

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower wasn't working properly when we arrived, but that was fixed quickly after we raised it with the staff.

"Our host was very hospitable and we had a great time in Lahic. Food was delicious, we had a nice evening together. The area is beautiful and we were lucky to stay in the apartment. It felt very homely and the price is low, especially with breakfast included."

The hotel is located only a 2 minute walk from the central square and I highly recommend this tiny little gem of a hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Brugge."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, and everything was clearly very well cared for. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, yet the location was excellent and very convenient. The room layout was very practical and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The internet was extremely fast and reliable. The bathroom was a real highlight — a fantastic shower with both a rain shower and a movable shower head, and the water pressure was excellent. "We had a wonderful stay here at this accomodation. First: the adress. Is located in a veeery dreamy place, it seems like it is taken out from a fairytale: nature, snow, quiteness, just wonderful. Second: the accomodation itself. It is very beautiful, very very clean, very warm (we slept in light pijamas), very quiet. Third: the owners. They were extremely nice with us, they gave us advice for the northern lights, we chatted with them and they were very friendly and nice people. If i ever want to come back in rovaniemi, surely i will come back to this accomodation and i will reccomend it."

The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. "Incredibly peaceful location, use of free bikes made exploring the surrounding area so fun including excellent restaurants nearby. Just the perfect place to relax outside of town. Lots of hammocks etc to pass the time in, but the room was also very comfortable."
