"We had a great stay at Noriks, he was an awesome host, showed us around and was very helpful. The facilities were good and excellent value. Would recommend in a breath. Also given the time of year it was lovely to have the central heating on. The cats were lovely as well ."

"The hosts are extremely kind and warm people. They welcome each guest as a best friend. You can spend your time in their big garden full of flowers and apple trees. You can request to eat dinner/breakfast at their place and then you get a gigantic, delicious meal with home-made bread, cheese, compote, veggies from their garden, local fish/meat etc. Roza is a great chef! In your free time you can go on a day trip with Suren. He will show you all the prettiest places around. It's a great place to stay for both short and long, to cut off from reality and just relax and enjoy your true Armenian holidays! Special thanks to the hosts, Roza and Suren, for their hospitality and unlimited kindness! We will be back! :)"

"The only thing I didn't like is there is no kitchen available in the cottage and for who are planning to visit in group try to book from the 2nd cottage the 1st cottage is not that much good"

"We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car."

"It would have been more convenient to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee late at night or early in the morning, without having to go to the shared kitchen. Also, there aren’t really any shops or restaurants within walking distance, so we had to drive to Sevan for groceries."
