"✅ Positive Aspects The hotel is located in a central area, within 10–15 minutes walking distance to many attractions. It is a beautifully restored former Soviet-era building, which adds a unique character. The interior design is elegant and gives the feeling of staying in a palace-like atmosphere. The King Suite was spacious, very comfortable, and the bed quality was excellent. The owner, Ms. Annushka, was very helpful and manages the hotel well."
"❌ Negative Aspects Since the hotel is located on a side street, the area can feel a bit unsettling at night. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the owner’s assistant. On the day of check-out, when we returned to collect our luggage, we were not allowed to use the restroom because we were told that it had just been cleaned, including our own room.😞 We had requested hot water before leaving, but it was not provided, and when we attempted to take it ourselves, we were spoken to rudely. Considering that we had left a tip both during payment and again at check-out, this behavior was quite disappointing."

"Parking spot is partly on quite high sidewalk you need to get on. But for old Town it's still OK that there is a spot at all. Other than that everything was great."
"Great stay in a lovely, clean comfortable room with a really handy location. The host was very very accommodating to my request to check in early and was very efficient with communicating with me. I could only stay for one night on this occasion but would definitely book again if I'm in Tbilisi."
