"Smeštaj je bio sjajan,kao i domaćin koji je uvek bio na raspolaganju za sve što je potrebno. Lokacija smeštaja izuzetna blizu prodavnice koja je dobro snabdevena,plaža na kojoj nije bilo gužve,i po našem mišljenju jedna od lepših u Aja Napi je na 10 min hoda. Autobuska stanica je vrlo blizu smeštaja. Sam smeštaj je bio odlično opremljen,svaka soba je imala klimu. Domaćin je čistio bazen na svaka dva dana,tako da je voda bila uvek čista."

"Andy has been an exceptional host! He's been very kind and offered me many useful tips about what to visit or where to eat, and we've even been to some places together. It has been much more personal than a typical Booking.com or Airbnb stay; I value the experience and I appreciate Andy's hospitability (as well as his parting gifts). We've also had some discussions in which we haven't always agreed, but this doesn't change the fact that I would like to return to Cyprus in the future and I hope to meet Andy there again. The place itself is also alright. The room I was renting is located in the same area where Andy himself lives, so there are opportunities to have a chat or eat breakfast together. There are also four cats, which will likely be a significant bonus to pet lovers. :-)"

"Everything was very good, great location( bakery/ bus stop/ supermarket/ restaurant nearby). The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. We didn’t use a car but there are plenty of parking lots in front of apartment. Communication with Chris was very easy."

"For a bigger group of people this place is perfect. There were 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a few different zones to relax and a big swimming pool. Rodafinia Beach is only a few minutes away, it is perfect for a quick dip in the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big refrigerator, stove, washing machine. The owner even let us check in a few hours early."

"We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need — a fully stocked kitchen, cosmetics, and even thoughtful extras like an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler. The location is great, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The owner was extremely kind and generous, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. As other guests have mentioned, there is a strip club in the building, but it caused us no problems at all during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again!"

"Clean and fresh rooms. Very nice touches by the hotel. Gave us two complimentary bottles of Prosecco to the room and a bottle of red wine with dinner. Hosted a complimentary drinks reception for all guests on one of the evenings which was a lovely touch. All the staff are very friendly. Hotel manager personally greeted each guest which I thought was a nice touch. The sushi restaurant is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend."

"The property was spacious and well equipped. The location was good. Bob was helpful with advice and for helping us get back into the property when we managed to lock ourselves out. We had a late flight home and a late check out wasn't a problem."
