"Staff were really friendly, there was so much food (too much really) and the bay was beautiful"

"We dod a 2 night cruise. The night time qas the same cooking class for both nights as we had a new group joining for the second night. Night 1 the guests were left to sort the karaoke on our own staff member just left. We got moved to a new boat for a day trip on day 2, the food wasn't the same quality as our main Swan boat which was disappointing."

"Quiet at night. Clean and comfortable. Had bedside lamps and plug in points. The manager was very helpful so don’t hesitate to ask him about anything. Many thanks for booking our bus to Nam Dimh even if it didn’t take us all the way to the train station."

"It was great but the front of the outside of the hotel is now different as they are starting to build another hotel next to it. To be fair it didn’t bother us as we heard no construction noise whilst we stayed there."

"The location is beautiful though it was very misty when we were there so it was not great for photos. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The boat and facilities were amazing and clean. Food was plentiful."

"Cooking show was a rice wrap - I was expecting something a little more exciting with a chef cooking. The morning care trip was underwhelming. Perhaps it didn't help. We' had been to Nihn Bihn the day before throug amazing caves,"
