Pozitivna strana:
"The staff at the Bukovel Hotel reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they also spoke English. The luggage room was very useful during check-in and check-out. The location was excellent, and being driven up to the room was a huge bonus. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Bukovel, and the nearby restaurant was convenient for dinner, although quite expensive. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again, especially because of the excellent customer service, although overall we tend to prefer spa hotels."
Negativna strana:
"The room is a bit old fashioned. Although it is a cabin, I think it needs to be modernised. The TV didn’t work, well it had no signal. The walls were covered in stains, like they had been splashed with drinks and never cleaned. The room was so hot that actually it was quite uncomfortable. Seems a waste of energy to open the windows especially during a time when Ukraine is suffering from nationwide power issues."

Pozitivna strana:
"Almost everything was perfect! Staff were polite and helpful, the facilities / room are fantastic. Everything felt new and clean. We love that we can use spa facilities until midnight!"
Negativna strana:
"Breakfast - food was cold, even omelette and Kiev cutlet. Dinner - I had the ribeye, my partner had the duck. My food was fantastic, unfortunately we both found the duck tough and tasteless. We suspected it was undercooked. The staff were helpful and it was returned to be cooked more but unfortunately this didn't help. I suspect we were unlucky as everything else was great!"
