"The entire resort was completely to our liking. We have small kids, 2 and 5 years old, who were able to run around freely and had well equipped play areas. The scale of the resort is just perfect to provide enough activities while keeping it possible for little ones to walk to the beach, pool, and restaurants. There's a lot of shade on the entire property, and it was easy to walk with a stroller around even during the hotest part of the day to put a 2 year old to sleep. We prefer to eat outside and we were happy to always find available tables on the terrace. The beach is with palm trees, so there's a lot of shade throughout the day. A wide variety of drinks was provided everywhere around the property, and food was delicious. My husband especially enjoyed a well equipped gym. I held a conference talk from my room one day and the internet connection was perfect. I never before had such good internet, even on the beach."

"Our apartment was close to the pool, and as concerts were held until late at night we had to sleep with balcony door closed and AC on even though the nights in early October were pleasant to sleep with an open balcony door. Next time, we would ask to be closer to the reception and hope that the noise doesn't come that far."

"It was very clean and friendly. The view from our room was stunning. Food - excellent, fresh, rich and tasty, especially more Turkish flavours and dishes. The area - well organised and tidy. I am sure that in the high season it’s full of life and even better!"

"Three main things that lower the score: - no matter how hard you try, your towels will be replaced every day. Waste of water, disrespect to own rules and to nature all the notes are about. - even the hotel name is confusing. Heated Aqua Park means two small pools heated up to 27 degrees which is too little to have fun. Slides worked once. We chose this hotel tempted by possibility of having water fun in winter, big disappointment in that regard. - staff constantly speaking to us in Russian, I understand they are 90% of your guests, but it was weird to excuse ourselves all the time that we do not speak Russian and we do not want to be associated to being Russians."

"Очень твердые подушки, шторы пропускают свет. По запросу установили блекаут-шторы и дали ортопедические подушки. Территория отеля снаружи симпатичная. Проходят концерты известных русских исполнителей."

"В отеле только русские, персонал почти не говорит по-английски и вообще не говорит по-немецки. Соотношение цена-качество: сервис оставляет желать лучшего, маленький выбор еды в ресторанах а-ля карт. Это мой первый опыт турецкого all inclusive, но за эти деньги в Европе можно получить в разы лучше номер, качество ремонта и сервиса. Звукоизоляция в номере отсутствует: напротив нашего номера находился еще один отель, сцена и парк аттракционов были прямо перед нами. Даже с закрытым балконом слышимость как с открытым. Раньше часа ночи дискотеки и развлекательные программы не заканчиваются. Переселить в другой номер не факт что получится, смотрят по свободным номерам. Часть номеров с обновленным ремонтом, часть старые, как повезет."
