"The rooms could use some minor cosmetic maintenance, but the most unpleasant part of our stay was the experience with Axmed Water Sports, who operate on the hotel’s beach. Their staff tried to sell me services at an extremely inflated price. When I realized they were trying to deceive me and told them I would leave a review on Google, the next day Axmed came to the hotel, verbally assaulted me, and threatened me. He said he would wait for me outside the hotel and that he wasn’t afraid of the police. Fortunately, the hotel manager was present at the time, stepped in to stop him, and assured me everything would be fine. I truly appreciate the manager’s help. I was on vacation with my wife and our 6-month-old baby, and this incident caused a great deal of stress to my wife. It was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience, especially in a place where guests should feel safe and relaxed."

"Marine bar was genuine pleasure especially with the night shift staff. Dining was very good. The selection could be bigger compared to the Hotel's scale and other services they provided. If you come with child, this place will be your favorite. There are many things to keep your child busy for a week vacation, or even longer. We visited after summer season, still nice wheather, less people, not crowded, you can easily find sundbeds anywhere."

"الفندق جدا جميل و واسع والمرافق تجلب السعادة الحدائق والمسبح الكبير بالإضافة إلى نزلاء الفندق كلهم مرحب فيهم وعلى أعلى درجة من الأخلاق والمسؤولية والتفاهم المتبادل ،، البوفية متنوع وتختلف الأطباق بين الفطور والغداء والعشاء يوجد ايضا البار قرب المسبح لتقديم العصيرات والمشروبات والأيسكريم كل ذلك شامل كليا فترة الصيف لا اعرف موسم الشتاء هل ينطبق عموما. في المساء يكون هناك احتفال رائع برقصات مختلفة والعاب مسلية بصراحة اذا دخلت الفندق لا تخرج أبدا اللا على المطار . الغرفة لا بأس بها مع الشرفه رغم أن الشرفه صغيره قليلا ولكنها تستوعب الجلسة الجميله عند الغروب أو الصباح الباكر لتناول القهوة . أخيرا أود أن أشكر طاقم العمل و المسؤولين في الخط الأمامي السيد / محمد و أبنة شكرا من القلب وباقي الموظفين الذين جعلوا اقامتنا في الفندق ممتعه MUHAMMED ALPEREN REŞIT NAPE KAMIL شكرا لكم على الضيافة الممتازة المميزة اتمنى لكم دوام الرقي و التوفيق"

"كل شيئ جميل ومميز لا يوجد شيئ يذكر فقط ٱخر اليل يحتاج موظف تشغيل الأغاني ،DJ إلى إختيار نوعية من الأغاني العالمية اللتي تصل إلى قلوب كل الجمهور و شكرا"

"This is an excellent location for Russian speaking tourists as everyone speaks it. It is a very convenient location as there is a shop adjacent to the hotel and the Beach is a flight of stairs away from the bar/buffet. It's family friendly and does not entertain trouble makers. There is people of all ages staying and there is activities for everyone to try. The staff, especially the receptionists are extremely helpful in facilitating any request and query you might have. The animators are friendly and are easy to talk to. For the price I was amazed at what they had to offer. From food buffets open nearly all day to the bar being free to use."

"The rooms were a little outdated and could use some renovating, the mattresses are tough which can be a plus for some people. As I am a frequent gym goer I was disappointed to see the poorly maintained gym but it did have the bare minimum."

"For a 3 star hotel in Turkey it was generally in line with expectations. Staff were working hard to deliver a good service. Food was basic, but their Shef managed to give it a fresh twist every day. Respect. With the options given he did a great job. Strong Wi-Fi everywhere. Good price-quality ratio."

"Cleaningness needs improving. Floor corridors were visibly not up to standard. Linen changed not every day. We had lifted a bed to get something that went under..... That was not nice. The shelf for toiletries was broken off completely, missing on arrival. Satellite channels were there but on tiny CRT (old big belly) TV With a signal quality from 90s). Wifi is not free, safe locker box too. So "All inclusive" concept was more like " Almost all inclusive ", for the price - passable."

Respect and deep thanks to the manager. 3) Beautiful nature (mountains, territory, forest). 4) Running route. 5) Personal assistant through WhatsApp 6) Disco for kids."

"As we were told due to the fire safety of the hotel, an iron is not available. It was suggested to use the laundry service. This is not always convenient. After certain discussions, we were provided with an iron for a limited time of use."
