"Very good choice to recover after a long flight (if you travel to Ko Chang or Koh Samet this a very good option). The room was big, clean and comfortable. Many services at disposal like gym, swimmingpool and an amazing SPA. I reccomend to have a massage, maybe a little bit expensive compare to normal prices but it really worth it. The masseur is very professional and the spa is very beautiful (massage with warm oil, so good). Close to Hotel on the left you have some good place to eat super yummi fish"

"Eve has been very helpful. The accommodation has no elevator and I'd a luggage which she insisted on helping me to bring it up to the FIFTH floor. She attended all my queries with a smile and a very positive attitude which I really appreciate!! As BangSaen is predominantly a Thai holiday destination, 99/ of the menu and signs are in Thai and the vendors hardly speak English. I explained to Eve that I have a hard time trying to get a transport back to BKK, out of good will, she gave me a lift and even helped me to communicate with the ticket seller to get me a ticket/seat. The room is kept very clean on a daily basis and the bed is very comfortable."

"The shower holder was broken and despite choosing the back room (no sea view), it can still get noisy at night. It's about 2 km from the main beach, although there is a night market and street food nearby. Accommodation is on Wanna Pa beach although it has direct a access to the sea. They don't exactly have a beach front where I can lay out my sarong and relax/read a book."

"I stayed here for 2 nights then came back later that week for an extra day. The staff were really pleasant and friendly. Clean rooms and an excellent area at the front of the hotel, open planned to eat breakfast or relax and the view to the beach and the sea opposite. The only fault was the bathroom, im tall,the shower head very low and the water would run onto the bathroom floor, you couldn't avoid it,no matter how much you tried to be careful. But it was still a great place to stay."

Given the price point, I feel that staying at a hotel with better facilities may have offered better value."

It was disappointing to find that using the swimming pool required an extra fee, which wasn’t clearly mentioned upfront when booked through booking.com. The beach nearby was also quite dirty, and overall, the facilities appeared to be poorly looked after."
