"the fact that the the bathroom was non functional. bathtub not in use. dirty and full of insects. poop still in the toilet. one was asked to take a shower in a cold cellar two Floors down from bathroom. not ok at all with small children. also extremely narrow stairs to top floor where the only toilet was and extremely narrow stairs down to the cold dark cellar"
