"The staff was exceptional helpful and accommodating. When the heating in my room wasn't working a staff member arrives quickly and fixed. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet offered a variety. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The location was beautiful and just outside of town. The rooms were equipped with heated blankets, which could be controlled on both sides (my husband sleeps warmer than me, so he appreciated that). Everything was relatively clean."

"The breakfast was very bare bones. They made us super salty scrambled eggs served with stale bread and terrible coffee. There was no wifi in the rooms, but you could use it in the lobby area. The shower also didn't drain and you have to request for the staff to turn the hot water on."

"We liked everything about the place: spacious room, hot shower, a lot of blankets - so we felt always warm. The staff is also friendly. Attention to the details in the decorations. A lot of daylight."

"Beautiful view, convenient to get to the Plaza, very clean.The staff don't speak in English so it should be taken into account. Basic knowledge of Spanish is preferred"
