"Everything was great. Easy access, secure parking, good food in the restaurant."

Negativna strana:

"The room needed some maintenance. There were holes in the ceiling and the shower pan was soft. It felt like it might give way, possibly dry rot underneath. Also, the pet fee was a lot more than I expected at 300 pesos per dog. We have two dogs, one is a medium sized dog (Beagle) and one is a Chihuahua and had to pay a pet fee for each dog even though the room would only need special cleaning or attention one time. Please comsider charging just one pet fee per room, or a smaller fee for the second dog."

"Our favorite Hotel in Hermosillo - it has the kindest Staff we've encountered in the Amercias so far. Everyone puts themselves to be the best ambassador of México and Hermosillo you could wish for. Once per day you get asked if there is something not working correctly at your room and they send immediately a technician to you who fixes it, unbelievably well maintained house. The architecture is clever as it traps the wind and makes the pool area cooler than outside of the hotel. Pool cleaning everyday but...."

"Pool cleaning was sluggish and the opening times could often not be met especially in the morning, very annoying! Please fix this, we booked it especially for closeness to the pool and our good experiences from our first stay, there were days when it wasn't open until 12, when it says it opens at 9 am. The cleaners sometimes just left their gear in the pool and kept it closed and where nowhere to be seen for hours."
