"The setting is so beautiful. The beach is small but works perfect for the hotel and is the perfect pacific golden sand with few waves. Rooms are so clean and newly refurbished. The balconies of all rooms face the sea and is lovely to watch the sunrise."

"There is no drinking water available for free. You only can buy a tiny bottle for £4!. More courtesy water would be good."

"Perfect romantic gateway. The staff (everyone but especially José, Estephany and Alejandro) was friendly and understanding of our un poquito spanish. The view was incredible, with easy access to the pool and beach. Very queer friendly environment. Great destination for a memorable vacation. Can't wait to be able to come. back."

"Great (old) hotel with lots of different pools, right next to the (unfortunately now very narrow) beach! Some cute animals live in the hotel (flamingo, peacock, parrot, black swan,..), that was a highlight for the kids! The room (golf view) had a good size, a small fridge and coffee maker. A/C was a little smelly but kept the room at a good temperature. Breakfast was very good, we especially enjoyed the omelettes from the egg station! Service was quite attentive most days. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful."

"There were only 2 elevators (on the weekend there was also the service elevator) for looots of guests, so sometimes you had to queue quite some time to make your way to the lobby/room. In the evenings it was a little loud, as there was music in the lobby, which you can hear in the room (11th floor)."

"-check in desk employees not all very receptive , friendly and not giving the warmest of welcomes -numerous calls on several days for bathroom hand towel and mat but Octavio and room cleaning employee Taurino very quick to fix that issue -Octavio also quick to move us from original room that had a weird smell and on a lower floor"

"Es un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor, tienes todo ahí dentro (playa, comida, bar, mini súper y albercas, y hasta un spa) hay muchas zonas para poder descansar y disfrutar de la playa y del lugar. La comida es rica a buen precio y el personal muy amable. Les falta mantenimiento pero es entendible por el huracán reciente. Es ambiente familiar y está en una zona muy tranquila. Definitivamente volvería"
