"The setting is so beautiful. The beach is small but works perfect for the hotel and is the perfect pacific golden sand with few waves. Rooms are so clean and newly refurbished. The balconies of all rooms face the sea and is lovely to watch the sunrise."

"There is no drinking water available for free. You only can buy a tiny bottle for £4!. More courtesy water would be good."

"We had an upgrade thanks to the Genius programme, the room was excellent and very spacious. We were all comfortable and the sea view was amazing. It's a good floor (14) as it's for the Fiesta Rewards members. Very clean and the bed very comfortable."

"Too busy at times so the lifts take a lot longer to arrive. The pool is always very busy due to the number of people staying. Best to go during the week. Other people from other floors come to help themselves to coffee which isn't meant for them."

"Perfect romantic gateway. The staff (everyone but especially José, Estephany and Alejandro) was friendly and understanding of our un poquito spanish. The view was incredible, with easy access to the pool and beach. Very queer friendly environment. Great destination for a memorable vacation. Can't wait to be able to come. back."

"There was a glitch in and our reservation didn't show up in the system because of Booking.com, but the reception handled it quickly and efficiently."

"the pool was amazing, with different options and sizes. The room was specially good because of the view. The location is maybe the best of the city, with a lot of restaurants around, stores and the beach!"

"-location was the best -hotel manager Octavio Morales was the best ,very helpful and responsive to our needs and correcting any issues"

"-check in desk employees not all very receptive , friendly and not giving the warmest of welcomes -numerous calls on several days for bathroom hand towel and mat but Octavio and room cleaning employee Taurino very quick to fix that issue -Octavio also quick to move us from original room that had a weird smell and on a lower floor"
