"The shopping mall attached to it is very run down and more than half empty. I had thought it would be good to stay at the hotel and be able to do some shopping. There is nothing to do in the area. Also, the hotel is not that near to the airport. It takes about 30min cab ride to reach the international airport."

"The location was easy for walking around the city. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and the bath was great!"

"A console table under the TV would be helpful for personal items like books, laptops, toiletries, and packages. A few more hangers would be helpful for dresses, blouses, shirts, coats, and jackets. Breakfast was good, but more variety would be good, like fruit and American pancakes."

"I stayed here last year on my trip from Australia. It is very pleasing to find accommodation that has maintained its values. I shall certainly stay here again when I return to this area."

"Loved the kids playroom area and the breakfast bar in the morning run by the cutest and sweetest little lady. All staff is very accommodating and kind. If you uber, please know the location automatically pulls the hotel pick up drop off for the hotel directly behind this one so you’ll want to adjust your pick up/drop off location to the street outside the doors of the hotel. The location was great for what we needed. Thought pricing was fair."

"Helpful items to know: Despite the name saying family spa and pool, sadly there is no actual pool on-site and the ‘pool’ is meant to be the bathtub. You’ll need an international charger unless yours are already Korean, luckily we have an international one we always bring. I believe the front desk might also carry adapters but we didn’t personally use any, I only saw what looked to be a small basket of adapters sitting on the front desk area. There’s no dedicated person at the front desk 24/7 and if someone is there, they’re inside the office area and not actually at the front desk so you may need to knock on the door. If your flight is late and you have to check in later than previously thought, you’ll want to call the phone number listed on a sign. However, when we arrived the sign wasn’t posted so a total stranger helped us by going behind the front desk and putting that phone number display on the counter where it could be read. I woke someone up after hours but we did get checked in quickly after that. There were not many things to dislike. It’s a clean hotel with caring, friendly people working. Only leaving these notes in case they may help someone in the future. We were overall happy with our stay!"

"정말 만족스러웠습니다 10쩜 만쩜에 10쩜!!^^뽀송뽀송한 바닥에서 일단 합격!! 깔끔하고 청결한 침구와 객실 환경에 정말 기분좋은 1박이였습니다 욕실도 깔끔 아기자기 어메니티들ㅎㅎ넘 좋았구요 행복가득했던 김해에서의 이틀을 다온 호텔1박으로 편하게 푹쉬며 재충전했습니다 내년에 한국가면 백퍼 재방문 의사있습니다 2박하겠습니다ㅎㅎ 사장님 번창하세요^^"
