"The location is very good, near to convenient store and lotte mart.. easy for us to find groceris for light cooking for the family The room is spacious and good for family of 5 like us"

"Some staff not attentive. I tried to get iron, from the male staff , show picture, immediate they said do not have. Until the female.staff try to get for us the next day One of the room, is quite warm with heater, we get the male staff again to look at it, immediately he said cannot adjust. We slept in warm room for few nites. They do not have laundry, if they have it wil be much better. The kitchen amenities very limited. But stil good for light cooking Overall the place is good. We had great time"

"Easy to walk from Namchuncheon station. Room was nice with a comfortable bed and sofa area. Also had full dressing table set up with a hair straightener and skincare 💅 Not important to me but it had the biggest tv I have ever seen! Staff were friendly and we were lucky to score an early check in. Free laundry facility was great with washing liquid provided. Microwave in the hallway cupboard though outside of the room."

"Sometimes the lights were a little temperamental, we got one set stuck on and had to fiddle a lot to get it to eventually turn off. After first night we were left without towels or hand soap after the cleaning. There were towels in the hallway cupboard though so we helped ourselves and hope that was the right thing to do! There was a kettle in the room but no mugs."

"Very clean, comfortable, daily healthy sandwiches provided. All amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Chuncheon!"
