Pozitivna strana:
"From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like the most important guests. They even allowed us to check in early, and the manager personally inspected our room before we settled in. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It has a wonderful aroma that adds to the inviting atmosphere. Everything we needed to make our stay memorable was right at our fingertips. The pool area, including the kids' pool and play area, was perfect for our family. The warm, friendly energy of the whole place made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was super diverse, delicious and abundant!"
Negativna strana:
"Pretty expensive but you get what you pay for"

Pozitivna strana:
"- Great proximity to everything you such as shopping mall, red shuttle stop, popular restaurants, shops, and Tumon - only within a 10-minute walk. - Plenty of food options within the premises, so you’ll never have to worry about finding something to eat. - Staff were very helpful and always smiling. The hotel is also very family-friendly, so it will be a great choice for those traveling with kids. - Wi-Fi was decent – not super fast, but stable and usable. - Room was nice and clean though the property is a bit dated - Swimming pool looked well-maintained and was clean."
Negativna strana:
"Not so much to complain about. Everything was great. It would have been just better if the Wifi had been a bit stronger"

Pozitivna strana:
"Staff members were friendly. The room was spacious with beautiful view. The hotel didn’t feel too crowded. Pools were clean. Beautiful beach right on the doorstep. Premier lounge access was very handy."
Negativna strana:
"The hotel itself is getting old so it seemed a little tatty in some places. The room cleaning didn’t turn up as requested on the hotel app. I think the app may need a little improvement."
