Pozitivna strana:
"Great location, 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants on the waterfront at Ocean Village, 5 minutes to bus station, taxi rank and town centre with cafes, bars, restaurants and of course shops. Great communication from host both before and during our stay. Arriving very late (almost midnight) due to flight being diverted to Malaga due to torrential rain and thunderstorms, it was lovely to receive a message from our host checking that we had arrived safely, and we very much appreciated the chilled bottle of wine and water left for us in the fridge!"
Negativna strana:
"The twin bedded room is probably better suited to accommodate children, beds were of the ‘ put you up’ type (fairly good quality though) and pillows weren’t great. It was a bit cramped for 2 adults- not possible to close the door and difficult to access the wardrobe. Not too much of an issue for a couple of nights though."

Pozitivna strana:
"The apartment is just a one minute walk from the centre of town yet sufficiently tucked away not to be bothered by excessive noise. Entry is secure and the apartment can be accessed via lift. Also the apartment was very comfortable, clean and had the necessary things such as a fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher that would be useful for an extended stay."
Negativna strana:
"Nothing really. Being on the fourth floor there are no views but I didn’t visit Gibraltar to look out of the window so it wasn’t an issue."

Pozitivna strana:
"An absolutely beautiful apartment, with an interior decor that was a work of art. Some real love, care and attention to detail has gone into it, and it was spotlessly clean. The location was also fantastic, a little side street off the main high street. Would I stay there again? Without hesitation. It was perfect, and my family loved it."
Negativna strana:
"OK, a few minor gripes. (1) The hot water tank didn't have enough capacity to fill the bath, which meant if you wanted a bath, you needed 12 kettles of hot water to top it off. Not ideal and an irritant. (2) the plugs were UK three-pronged, yet the applicances were two pronged (EU). Yet when we tried to plug our EU plugs in, the wall sockets wouldn't let us, and also wouldn't let us plug back in the lights. An irritant. (3) The pre-booking questionnaire was long, involved and an irritant, with software error glitches - all the info was in our Genius 3 Profile, but clearly the staff couldn't be bothered to port that over and instead asked us to fill out a big questionnaire ourselves. Lazy and an irritant (4) the pre-booking communication was 'functional' and asked us to fill out the questionnaire or 'there could be problems with the booking' - we didn't like the officious tone. Welcoming it was not. So yes, a few gripes."
