"There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. I thought that was part of the description., I may be wrong. The bed was really comfortable, the staff were so friendly and obliging. The shower room was clean and more than adequate. There was a switch to turn the bathroom fan off, which was a bonus. Breakfast was a pizza, it was a first for me, but quite tasty. That was all there was. it’s a bar downstairs that does tea and coffee. Though they did have English breakfast tea, which was really very pleasant. The staff are the strength of hotel milenium, nice people."

"No English speaking member of staff. I found the language barrier daunting. My fault I don’t know any Bulgarian. However, the receptionist captured an English speaking Bulgarian gentleman off the street, as he was walking his dog. Who did a wonderful job of interpreting for myself and the lovely receptionist. Thank you kind lady, for ordering me a taxi. I appreciated you very much."

"Radnik na recepciji je bio jako ljubazan, profesionalan i toplo me je dočekao. Nažalost ne znam kako se zove, ali radio je na recepciji danju 14 maja. Veliki pozdrav za njega! Hotel je u predgrađu Sofije, idealan za ljude koji bi da naprave pauzu u putovanju. Blizu hotela imate prodavnice i restorane bugarske kuhinje. Moja soba je bila prostrana sa terasom i uredna. Hvala."

"Jedina zamerka administraciji hotela je što nema papuča, a poželjno je zbog keramičkih pločica, jer je posle tuširanja klizav pod. Svi podovi u apartmanu su dekorisani keramičkim pločicama i dužan sam da Vas upozorim za svaki slučaj kako se neko od gostiju ubuduće nebi povredio, jer će onda biti vi odgovorni. Takođe, trebate da popravite slavinu za tuš u sobi br. 10. Stariji gospodin koji je radio na recepciji ujutru u 7.00 bio je jako neljubazan i hteo je da me vrati sa recepciji u sobu kako bi mu doneo daljinski od klime)."

"Confortable, specious, well located, with a nice enclosed garden , good for families with children. The kitchen, bathroom and beddings were well equipped with everything needed for a while family to stay comfortably. The apartment was clean and overall amenities of the building are well maintained. Car park space is rented separately."
