"Very nice room - thank you for the upgrade!, clean, bright, spacious. Good beds. Wooden floor. Daily cleaning. Excellent buffet. No time pressure by the waiter. Very nice and friendly staff. Steam bath, sauna, gym. Views. Bus stop in front of the hotel - just perfect."
"Our room was overheated for my taste. Only one large towel was provided for the pool, steam bath and sauna experience. Textile steam bath is mixed, nude sauna is unisex."
"Excellent service from everyone we encountered at Villa Sassa, especially Roxana who helped me organise a surprise for my friends who were celebrating big events. Treatments at the spa were great, views were stunning, food at the restaurant was delicious - we wished we had stayed more than 2 nights."

"The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the shuttle bus service provided for hotel guests on arrival and departure, a very nice and convenient touch. We had a massage at the hotel spa, which was absolutely wonderful and very professional. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant; it was beautifully presented and very tasty. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and I had an excellent view from my balcony. Overall, the staff were highly professional, courteous, and made us feel well looked after"
"We had breakfast every day, but unfortunately the hot food was often not hot. There was also some confusion with the jam selection, one large rack with all jars having the same label, which made it difficult . Don't like the jam all the same. We also had to wait over an hour for a poached egg. To be fair, the staff apologised sincerely and did not charge us for it, which was a very nice and appreciated gesture."
