"L'emplacement, la structure "chalet" du logement, la taille de la pièce de vie, le sauna."

"La propreté (table sale, barbecue non nettoyé, poils de chat partout, ...), les odeurs d'humidité, les ustensiles de cuisine et le réfrigérateur (pas de congélateur, ni plat à tarte, ni...), l'entretien général de la bâtisse (terrasse bois qui casse sous les pieds, signes de vieillissement prématuré, porte fenêtre qi ne ferme pas bien, ...), manque de luminosité dans la salle de vie, jardin non entretenu (ronces, ...), ..."
